Doubleface for the Brave
Ready for the next step?
You’ve learned the basics of Doubleface knitting and may already have completed your first project – perhaps a cowl.
Now you’re ready to take the next step and expand your Doubleface skills.
In this workshop, we’ll focus on techniques that take your Doubleface knitting to the next level: ribbing as well as increases and decreases.
🧶 What you’ll learn
-
how to work K2/P2 ribbing in Doubleface
-
different ribbing variations and how they compare
-
how to work increases and decreases correctly in Doubleface
-
what to pay particular attention to so that both sides remain neat and clean
Our focus
We’ll work specifically on details that can be challenging in Doubleface knitting: clean ribbing and controlled shaping.
You’ll gain confidence with these techniques so you can use them in your own projects.

By the end of the workshop
You’ll have expanded your Doubleface skills with important techniques and will be able to confidently incorporate ribbing, increases and decreases into your own projects.
